Today the pier is used by the TAC Pertamina-Salamander.

Pangkalansusu Marine Dock Yard

Along with the development of Pertamina as one of the strategic industries in the country charming (Indonesia), then the impact to increase the fleet owned by Pertamina, which is used to distribute fuel to the entire country, from Sabang to Merauke.

To support the smooth operation of the shipping fleet, in the year 1967 stood Pertamina DOCK PB/PS (Pangkalan Brandan/Pangkalansusu), which is now referred to as PT Pertamina (Persero) Marine Dock Yard PB/PS.

According to the Head of Dock Yard PB/PS, Chairul Anwar, since 1972, Dock Yard, PB/PS began to expand facilities and personnel skills in Pangkalan Susu, ranging from the expansion of dock areas, rehabilitation of offices and workshops, new construction of mechanical workshops, workshops, electrical repair shop, plate shop welding, pipe workshop, carpentry workshop, warehouse logistics, power house complete with the electrical network. While in Pangkalan Brandan DOCK 3 slipway was built and operated to serve the ship repair dock weighs 50 to 250 tons, and a floating dock in the Base Milk is capable of supporting / lifting vessels weighing 750 tons with a length of vessel 60 meters, width 14 meters and height 6 meters.

Facilities available in Workshop Plate and plate shears Las include machine capacity of up to 16 mm x 3000 mm, plate press machine capacity of up to 200 tons x 3000 mm x 1000 mm, and the roll-plate engine capacity of up to 16 mm x 3000 mm.

Currently available in the Mechanical Workshop lathe capacity up to 12 meters long x Ø 0.5 meters, horizontal drilling machine Ø 750 mm capacity, vertical drilling machine capacity up to Ø 75 mm, sekrap engine capacity of up to 800 mm, static balancing equipment to three meters Ø , and milling machine capacity up to 1000 mm x Ø 3:00 mm.

In addition Chairil also explained that the production capability in Dock Yard PB / PS (Pangkalan Brandan / Pangkalansusu) for docking repair, which is improving machining capacity up to 2500 HP ships, propulsion systems repair capacity of up to 12 meters long x Ø 3 meters, replating until 500 kg / day (certified welder BKI), plumbing repairs, electrical repairs and navigation systems, etc..

Cover

Given that the river tanker fleet classmates MT Raharja and MT Slamet had disappeared from circulation because it was so old iron, and melted in an iron factory kitchen, so this time PT Pertamina (Persero) Dock Yard Pangkalansusu, in addition to docking repair ship owned by Pertamina was also serving tagboat ship repair tagboat owned by PT Arun and classmates tanker MT Raharja, Ferry vessels and privately owned vessels as well as agencies of other ship owners.

Before the political upheaval in Aceh, the operations of Dock Yard PB/PS quite busy and crowded. But when the action rampant piracy in the waters and surrounding Langkat, then the impact on the operational Dock Yard PB/PS to be quiet because there is no ship that would make ship repairs (docking) at Pangkalansusu. The ship owners prefer to docking to Belawan or Singapore.

Once the situation is conducive, heartbeat pulses of Dock Yard PB/PS began to walk though was still slow. But thanks God, now we can get lucky and do not need more subsidized by the central Pertamina at Jakarta only to pay the salaries of employees and contract workers (outsourching) of approximately 80 people.

Chairul Anwar is optimistic that the performance of Dock Yard PB/PS will prevail again, given the facilities and facilities owned by the Dock Yard Pangkalansusu is the most complete when compared with similar business in North Sumatra. End the interview with the author said in his office, Wednesday (’10/9/15).

Sheen Captived World, Lost Heaven Enchantment

By: Someone Who Loves Jesus Very Much

One upon a time in 1988, there was a man named Merhan Karimi Nasseri (Iranian), revoked his citizenship when a plane flying to Paris. His passport was taken. Without proof of citizenship, the arrival in Paris he was not permitted to leave the airport. During the 11 years he lived in the terminal, airport toilet and shower in the life of the airport staff assistance.

In 1999, the French government finally gave him permission to live and work in Paris. Now he becomes a free agent go anywhere. But strangely, he still chose to stay at an airport terminal because it has been like living there. Having finally persuaded a few days he was just about to depart from the airport terminal.

Because, as large and as good as any airport terminal, clearly not a house. So do not house the world's eternal future. We live in a world which, if only temporarily described as a house, we just stay at home, which means that every moment could be evicted, because not ours. "And if you call Him Father, Him who faces regardless judge all people according to his deeds, then let you live in fear as long as you stay in this world" (1 Peter 1: 17).

In connection with this, the Apostle Paul warns, that we are citizens of heaven. We live in the world is only temporary. Therefore we should not be stuck with fascination and enjoyment of life or more important worldly interests only temporary rather than heavenly. What we are after only about food, profit, pleasure, luxury, privilege and position. Though it was not eternal. Do not love the world and what's inside. "If people loved the world, the love of the Father is not in the man. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the pride of life, not of the Father, but from the world. And this world is gone with the intention, but people who do God's will to live forever " (1 John 2:15-17).

"But our citizenship is in heaven, from whence also we look for the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, that will transform our lowly bodies, so similar to His glorious body, according to His power that can subdue all things to myself Him " (Philippians 3:20-21)

As citizens of heaven, should we be any different way of life, not only pursue things that are temporary. But we must focus on the things that are eternal, like love, truth and justice. People who are too close to the things of this world will be afraid to leave this world, when the time comes.

Because all things are immersed in worldliness that would be very difficult to be grasped tightly released. Therefore, let us be grateful if God suffered loss, both wealthy, enjoyment, luxury and position or our loved ones. The incident should awaken all of us that does not belong to us and the world is not our home. Everything is transitory and will disappear in an instant the power of God. When the liver was dazzled him captivated by the world, then heaven is no longer looked stunning.

How happy we are after knowing that the Lord Jesus is the Savior of mankind. Which means what? Clear that we are still more likely to be saved by the Lord Jesus, as Merhan Karimi Nasseri who has been rescued by the staff of the airport terminal.

At some point we will definitely be in the hidden fears, and unfortunately more precisely who feared that befall us. That is nothing more than a temptation that we must face. It is already explained in the letter of Job 3:25-26 " Because of what I'm afraid that's what happened to me, and that worries me is what came to me. I do not find rest and tranquility, I did not get a break, but discomfort that arise. "

Which then becomes the question, why do we experience the trials, some mild and some are heavy. Who would we blame! God? The answers are below:
" If one is tempted, he is not to say, this experiment came from God. For God can not be tempted by evil and him itself does not tempt anyone, but every man is tempted by his own desires, because he was dragged and enticed by it " (James 1:13-14)

" Young people become tired and lethargic. Cadet-cadet fell over, but people who look forward to the Lord a new force: they are rising like a flying eagle with the strength of its wings; they run and not be weary, they walk and not be tired, " (Isaiah 40:30 - 31)
Physical fatigue is not difficult to overcome, but spiritually tired and lethargic / soul really dangerous.

Proverbs 24:10 " If you lose heart at the time of trouble, your strength is weak " Maybe we said " I've been praying and waiting for 10 years but no change. My husband is still a drunk, rude and abusive to me. "There is more to say," I've been praying for six years, but did not see any way out of my finances and my family also. My business is ruined! For what I believe and hope again? All are dead ends, etc. vain. God wants us to persevere and believe in the end, though we do NOT see it. (John 20:29.) God wants us renewed strength every day. Power is only when we meet we look forward to the encounter with Him and experience Him. HE is the answer to all problems and our needs. In the Lord Jesus is love, strength, joy, and peace. For those who do not earnestly to God, let alone an unbelieving, that they may be left shaking seek God and be saved.

No more things we can count on who can we trust other than the Lord Jesus. For His word says: "... so real, that you know to save the righteous from temptation and know keep the bad guys to be tortured on the day of Judgement ..." (2 Peter 2: 9). How awful if we are to be stored to be tortured on Judgement day.

Therefore we must always call upon God as described in Psalm 55:17-18: "But I cried out to God, and God will save me in the evening, morning and noon; I was anxious and crying, and he heard my voice. "

Jesus is Lord over everything. "Thus saith the Lord: Heaven is my throne and earth is My footstool; house what would you set up for me, and what will be the place of my rest? "(Isaiah 66:1)

Finally, brothers and sisters let us continue to hold on to His promise:
"Whoever wins, he will Kududukkan with Me on My throne, as I too have been victorious and sat with my Father on his throne." (Revelation 3: 21) Amen.

DR. ADAMS ZAKI
AUDIT AND ACCOUNTING SECTION, AFRICA DEVELOPMENT BANK(ADB)
OUAGADOUGOU BURKINA-FASO.
CONFIDENTIAL.

Dear Friend,
I am the director in charge of auditing and accounting section of Africa Development Bank, (ADB) Ouagadougou Burkina-faso West Africa.

With due respect and regard I have decided to contact you on a business transaction that will be very beneficial to both of us at the end of the transaction.

During our investigation and auditing in this bank, my department came across a very huge sum of money belonging to a deceased person who died on October 31st 1999 in a plane crash and the fund has been dormant in his account with this Bank without any claim of the fund in our custody either from his family or relation before our discovery to this development.

The said amount was US $20M (Twenty million United States dollars).

As it may interest you to know, I got your impressive information through the Burkina-faso chamber of commerce on foreign business relations here in Ouagadougou Burkina-Faso.

Meanwhile all the whole arrangement to put claim over this fund as the bonafide next of kin to the deceased, get the required approval and transfer this money to a foreign account has been put in place and directives and needed information will be relayed to you as soon as you indicate your interest and willingness to assist us and also benefit your self to this great business opportunity.

In fact I could have done this deal alone but because of my position in this country as a civil servant(A Banker), we are not allowed to operate a foreign account and would eventually raise an eye brow on my side during the time of transfer because I work in this bank.

This is the actual reason why it will require a second party or fellow who will forward claims as the next of kin with affidavit of trust of oath to the Bank and also present a foreign account where he will need the money to be re-transferred into on his request as it may be after due verification and clarification by the correspondent branch of the bank where the whole money will be remitted from to your own designation bank account. ill not fail to inform you that this transaction is 100% risk free.

On smooth conclusion of this transaction, you will be entitled to 30% of the total sum as gratification, while 5% will be set aside to take care of expenses that may arise during the time of transfer and also telephone bills, while 65% will be for me.

Please, you have been adviced to keep "top secret" as I am still in service and intend to retire from service after we conclude this deal with you.

I will be monitoring the whole situation here in this bank until you confirm the money in your account and ask me to come down to your country for subsequent sharing of the fund according to percentages previously indicated and further investment, either in your country or any country you advice us to invest in.

All other necessary vital information will be sent to you when I hear from you.
Please do contact me through my alternative mail account; adamza01@hotmail.com I look forward to receive your email or call as the urgency implies.

I got another similar email telling the same story :

From the desk of Mrs Stella Akah Bill and Exchange Manager Foreign Remittance Dept. Bank of Africa (Boa) Ouagadougou Burkina Faso

Dear friend,

I am the manager of bill and exchange at the foreign remittance department of the bank of Africa. I saw your contacts in internet search, after much consideration I decided to write you since I cannot be able to see you face to face at first.

I will like you to take your time to read this mail carefully. I did not mean to embarrass you with my business proposal but i seriously need your assistance. Please this is a confidential matter and it requires urgency.

In my department we discovered an abandoned sum of us$12.5m dollars (twelve million five hundred thousand usd) in an account that belongs to one of our foreign customer who died along with his entire family on monday, 31 july, 2000, in a plane crash, since we got information about his death, we have been expecting his or her next of kin to come over and claim his money because we can not release it unless some body applies for it as next of kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines and laws, but unfortunately we learnt that his supposed next of kin died along side with him at the plane crash leaving nobody behind for the claim.

It is therefore upon this discovery, I now decided to make this business proposal to you and release the money to you as the next of kin or relation to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for it and i don't want this money to go into the bank treasury as unclaimed bill. The banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such money remained unclaimed after 10 years, the money will be transferred into the bank as unclaimed bill, i therefore agree that 40% of this money will be for you as foreigner partner, in respect to the provision of a foreign account, 10% will be set aside for expenses incurred during the business and 50% would be for me. There after i will visit your country for disbursement according to the percentages indicated.

Therefore, to enable the immediate transfer of this fund to you as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as relation or next of kin to the deceased indicating your bank name, your bank account number, your private telephone and fax number for easy and effective communication and location where in the money will be remitted. I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transaction is hitch-free and that you should not entertain any atom of fear as all required arrangements have been made for the transfer. You should contact me immediately as soon as you receive this letter. Trusting to hear from you immediately.

Yours faithfully
Mrs Stella Akah

To my understanding that the above emails are scams. According to knowledge that 419 is the major scam group in West Africa. This group will demand money from us to pay through the Moneygram or the Western Union so that nobody will track them down as it is fastest for them to earn money. They also used faked names and fakes documents to prove their lies.

By : Ben
My dad is currently a victim of this scams in which they send an email to a friend. His friend come along with the fake documents and try to convince my dad that it is a real money. The scammers always says that they will proceed with the wire transfer of the money once they receive the cash through the Moneygram.

My advise is that do not try to accomodate the scammers demand as you will fall into a trap which cripple your finance status.

(12). by Aravind

They send me one mail regarding like same problem like above and i also send'ed my details and he asked to send a letter to a bank manager regarding this and there it is mentioned to fill personal details and bank full information and i filled personal information and i didn't fill bank information instead that i have changed the letter format that was sent by that man .and in place of requesting transaction and i said send'ed that transfer amount to my address in some means instead of account transaction..if i got any mail from the bank ill proceed further but up to end i will not give my bank details..ill ask them to transfer that amount in some other means.let's try this way as security.
