WE ARE INCREDIBLE

By: Inge Suryani Purwita

That we not only said these words in the mouth only, but importantly we have to experience it first in what we say. For example, today we learn to say "We are indeed remarkable." Well, we first have to experience for yourself that we are indeed remarkable, it is very important! Do we really KNOW ourselves, who we are after being born again into a new creation in Jesus? Because many people Kriten not know and do not really understand about this, then do not be surprised if they do not experience God's promises, and eventually they were disappointed, annoyed, bitter, cranky, and so forth. So they are not different from those who do not know God properly (the wicked).

Therefore, we should really understand about who exactly we are after we are "born again". We often say that we as the people who believe, incredibly, more than the winner and will do great things! It's not just a consolation or song course, but this is really real than a truth that must be experienced!

The question is, why are we so people INCREDIBLE after "born again"? Because there is within us Lord God creator of heaven and earth and all its contents, and in us is His Spirit. This is awesome! So this is what we must understand, this thing called GIFT (Grace / Charis-Greeks) and this also is LOVE GIFTS! We must EXPERIENCE THIS! Our new reinforce each other by saying, "You're incredible." So what we say is NOT LIP-SERVICE! However, containing POWER of GOD! "God is with thee, O valiant warrior." The sentence is pronounced on Gideon, and when it is spoken to us, the people elect. Are you also elect?

GOD DO NOT MAKE ME CRY

By: Inge S. Purwita

At one time there was a boy are following the race car racing toy. That day the atmosphere is very festive for having entered the final round, and the remaining only 5 people live longer, including Kevin, the name of the child.

Before the game started, Kevin bowed head, folded his hands while his mouth mumbling prayers.

Not long ago, it was a race car Kevin managed to beat 4 people rivals at the finish line. This made Kevin very happy when he received first prize trophy.

After distribution of prizes, chairman of the executive committee asked Kevin, "Hey Stud, you'd definitely pray to God that you won?" Kevin replied, "No sir, it's not fair to ask God to help defeat the others. I just ask the Lord, so I will not cry if I lose. "All the audience was silent when he heard the reply Kevin.

The silence did not last long because suddenly there was thunderous applause of the audience. They assess the request Kevin is a wonderful prayer, because he did not ask God to grant all requests, but he prayed that given the strength to face whatever happens with the heart a strong and unwavering.

Often we pray that God to fulfill our every request. We want God to make us the best at every opportunity. We ask for God to dispel any obstacles and temptations that exist in plain sight. It is not wrong, but should not we need is His guidance and His plan the most perfect in our lives?

We should pray for strength to accept God as the best in our lives.

We are the friend of God

Understand that we are a friend of God James 2:23 "In this way Scripture was fulfilled which says: And Abraham's trust in Allah, then Allah take it to him as righteousness," Because he was called the friend of God, "(Proverbs 17:17) "A friend loveth at all times and become a brother in difficulty," When the seed of faith that we have received from God (this is the Grace of God to us), actually we have been referred to as descendants of Abraham, our people believe it. Besides Abraham called the father of believers, he also referred to as the friend of God is also a friend of God because we have received the seed of faith from God. But many people do not realize that they are friends of God.

They do not realize if all this time the Holy Spirit, the Spirit Helper and Comforter, who has been in them that makes them still can survive.

We must know that God as a friend in the name of the Lord Jesus by the Holy Spirit never leaves us when we are in trouble, stress and suffering. Mighty hands power that has made us not fall in lying and is able to evoke a spirit that is in us anymore. Although it seems we are far from God and live in uncleanness, but God as a friend is never let go of our hands, He always wants to pull us back to living on the streets that have been defined, so that we can experience His promises in accordance with His design for us.

Let us continue to learn to remain thankful to God, because He has made us His friends are always put love in every time and become a brother in difficulty, and that "it was he who saved us and called us with an holy calling, not based on deeds us, but by his own purpose and grace, which has been given to us in Jesus Christ, before the beginning of time, "(2 Timothy 1:9) Amen. Extinct Mangrove Forest One Who's To Blame ?

By: Freddy Ilhamsyah PA

These are fundamental questions that need to look for answers on target, not a blame game blame the owners of the home kitchen charcoal, or the managers of intensive shrimp ponds, and or people who have to change mangrove forests fungtion into palm oil plantation.

It should look for is the root of the problem, ie who really should be responsible for the extinction of the mangrove forest so that no trace in an area that eventually resulted in a shrinking livelihood of fishermen, businessmen kitchen charcoal and the shrinking of marine life (shrimp, fish and crabs), including poultry (storks, egrets and other shore birds) also bee and monkey mangroves.

According to the writer's observation since several years ago, employers' contributions as a principal refineries charcoal mangrove forest destruction, may be right. But the percentage is relatively small. Because they still need to be used as raw material mangrove charcoal. That is, they do so with select cut system for mangrove forest remain stable and not extinct. Mangrove forests sustainably, they also sustainable charcoal kitchen including their means of livelihood as well still be able to continue on an ongoing basis.

What about the employers of intensive shrimp ponds and mangrove forests actors to serve as oil palm plantation in the contribution of mangrove forest destruction? Clearly, these were the mighty mangrove forest pengrusak terrible! Mangroves became extinct. Because for them, mangrove forests are not beneficial to them. All brushed out to the stump and roots. Even not only that, several small sea coast river (paluh) they are also close! So, do not be surprised when the tide rises, then some village residents adjacent to the coast or paluh be inundated by sea water. This is fact!

Everyone knows (except employers intensive pond and palm planters who had to changes in the function of mangrove forests) that mangrove forests serve as breeding sites in addition to marine life, such as shrimp, all kinds of fish, crabs are also poultry, such as birds egrets, storks, monkeys, mangroves, bee and so on, mangrove forests also serve as a "bulwark" against harmful abrasion (erosion of the shoreline when the tide and low tide).

Since 1980's, the author has been reminded about the existence of mangrove forests in this area through newspaper articles in the Bukit Barisan Medan, where the author worked as a journalist, including some news in the daily New Barisan Medan (newspaper Daily reincarnation Bukit Barisan), but did not get attention serious of the parties are competent at the time, unless permission principle of PT Sari Bumi Bakau was canceled.

If we are honest, destruction of mangrove forest that is so severe in Langkat is not due to the charcoal plant. Why? Because they are not likely to destroy their respective businesses that have been hereditary since tens of years ago.

Coastal fishing income to be reduced? One hundred percent correct! For most of the breeding sites of marine life are extinct due to acts of intensive shrimp farmers and oil palm plantation owners who had to changes in the function of mangroves forest.

The shrinking breeding of marine life compounded by the disposal of toxic waste pond ready for harvest. Toxic waste were dumped into the sea. Not until the middle of the sea, berancun waste which has polluted the sea, was driven back by the tide, into sea coast river (Paluh). The seeds of marine life become unconscious and die!

I still remember, when I was teenager, charcoal produced from Pangkalansusu (Swallow brand), quality is quite good and highly favored by the people in North Sumatera dan Jakarta to fuel the iron and kitchen. Not only that, mangrove wood for calf adults also used as firewood for cooking and firewood for the steam locomotive train (when it is not there a diesel locomotive). In addition, mangrove wood is also used as building material. But the mangroves are not extinct!

When the tiger shrimp, which he said "prima donna" foreign exchange began to be cultivated until the mushroom on the coast of the Indonesian archipelago, especially in North Sumatera, the existence and condition of mangrove forests to be changed drastically, gradually, but surely, been cut down mangrove forests down to its roots. Mangrove forests turned into a stretch of extinct tiger shrimp ponds. Who have money competing to make shrimp ponds. License issued by local government. So is the case with mangrove forest change into palm oil plantation.

Well, if that’s the situation already, who’s to blame? Please answer the readers themselves.

Penilis recall, was there such a thing “Empang Paluh Program”, but its existence is not clear. Money runs out, Empang Paluh not materialize to preserve mangrove forests.

But clearly, according to Head Center for Conservation of Natural Resources (BBKSDA) of North Sumatra, Wicaksono Djati Hadi as submitted by the Antara News January 23, 2010, destruction of mangrove forests covering about 6,000 hectares from 15,765 hectares of mangrove forest in North Sumatera Province.

He mentioned an area of 6000 hectares of mangrove forest destruction in Sumatra there are at Coral Ivory in District of Labuhan Deli, Deli Serdang regency which reaches about 4,000 hectares.

Then an area of 2000 hectares in the village of Padang Halaban, District Besitang, and Pangkalan Batu village, District of Brandan Barat, Langkat.

According to him, the destruction of mangrove forests in Sumatra is not only caused by forest encroachers who took the wood, but also due to changes in the function of a land oil or fish ponds.

Medium for entrepreneurs refinery charcoal, especially the fishermen, the extinction of some mangroves in Langkat really very alarming. Why? Because the community owner charcoal home industry know wery wel if mangrove forest loss its means will destroy their livelihood. Similarly, for the fishermen.

According to them (fishermen host) where mangroves grow lush and thick, definitely the beach a lot of fish and shrimp. The air in the coastal feels cooler because they can take shelter under a thick mangrove tree while fishing.

Meanwhile, mangrove trees are also believed to play a role as protector very natural and paluh coastal areas, because tree root systems that can stabilize the mud beach and can absorb various pollutants and keep sea water intrusion (intrusion) toward the mainland. Stem density and canopy are also able to resist and break the power of the sea breeze.

It’s well understood by the fishermen and businessmen charcoal home industry refinery and therefore they are still trying to preserve the mangrove forests by selective logging. Mangrove wood is also a side income for fishermen when the sea was not friendly at certain seasons.

Ahua or some people call his name as Anwar was charcoal gatherers hereditary at jalan Pahlawan no. 71 Pangkalansusu who care to save the mangrove forests in District Pangkalansusu, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. Ahua buy dozens of hectares of abandoned shrimp ponds, which the former is not used by their owners for planting mangrove trees in coastal village area, Pangkalansiata, District Pangkalansusu.

Activities undertaken by Ahua not only reached the ears Camat Pangkalansusu course, but it extends to Forest Service offices, parliament and the office of Regent Langkat. The parties and even then had to do a review directly to the scene, and they strongly support the program Ahua reclaiming abandoned shrimp ponds to be former mangrove forests.

Top concern for land reclamation of abandoned shrimp ponds used by private fund since several years ago, has gained charter Ahua and Kalpataru award from Regent Langkat, Ngogesa Sitepu on June 15, 2009.

Not only that, Ahua also has invited a group of nature lovers INLA (International Nature Loving Association) North Sumatra branch, led by Suhartini, SE for planting mangrove trees in the village of Pangkalansiata. Appeal Ahua welcomed by the INLA North Sumatra branch of the INLA, which is based in Taiwan.

According to the Head of Environmental INLA, Yudi Shenjaya, commonly called Aseng, the author, since October 2009 it had tens of thousands of stems of mangrove planting on an area of 6 hectares. Planting is done in stages over 20 hectares of land they bought from local residents.

To prove what has been done by Ahua, before he gotten Kalpataru award, co-author Pangkalansiata mayor and officers from the District Head's office has conducted a review Pangkalansusu directly to a reclamation site in the hamlet of Sei Lemongrass, Pangkalansiata Village, District Pangkalansusu.

According Ahua, activities that are done for reforesting abandoned land has been implemented since July 2007 currently in an area of 85 hectares. No less than 850 thousand stems of mangroves have flourished to become a green carpet covering the eye could see.

Alluding to a private fund that has been investing for reclamation of abandoned land is Ahua claimed to have been approximately USD 500 million.

Should the government give grants to people who care about the preservation of mangrove forests, such as Ahua.

Pertamina Prepare Hundreds Intelligence Officer

By: Freddy Ilhamsyah PA

Pertamina has now been set up hundreds more officers even "intelligence" to monitor the movements of its competitors with Intelligent Marketing applications (smart marketing system), because since the Crash of Law No. 5 Year 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition which is then followed by the emergence of Act No.22 of 2001 on Oil and Gas which has been dismantle monopoly Pertamina's upstream and downstream sector, Pertamina has been sniffing going to happen exciting business competition in oil and gas sector.

Especially when it stated that since 1 January 2010, foreigners or non-government stations are allowed to distribute or sell subsidized fuel in Indonesia, for example, PT Aneka Kimia Raya Corporindo Tbk (AKR), PT Elnusa Tbk, PT Petronas Niaga Indonesia, PT Shell Indonesia, and PT Total Oil Indonesia.

However, Pertamina, especially Pertamina Retail Fuel Marketing Region-I does not flinch in the face of their competitors because Pertamina was already preparing a number of strategies to maintain the predicate market leader in retail fuel business.

But the existence of the Petronas gas station on Juanda street, near Medan's Polonia Airport, has provoked the Hiswana Gas (National Entrepreneurs Association of Oil and Gas) in this area so upset including the Parliament and the Government of North Sumatera Province who deplored, why foreign companies are given the opportunity to sell fuel subsidized.

To deal with its competitors, Pertamina act seriously, it proved that the company has prepared a hundred or even over a thousand retail intelligent marketing officer to observe every movement of the rival business activity, particularly in oil and gas downstream sector. This is done considering that oil and gas downstream business competition which in 2001 became the talk of new predictions that warm, has now felt real. For example with the emergence of several competitors in the retail sector (gas stations) such as in Jakarta, Surabaya and Medan are not impossible will be extended to other areas.

There is now felt that the supply of fuel and lubricants to industries such as mining, energy, hospitality and even, increasingly tight gnaw competitors market share. Both in terms of volume, number of customers (subscribers) as well as geographical distribution.

Therefore, each activity will affect the movement of a competitor on it, so please note, evaluated and followed up early with a proper strategy and program. But to get the data / information regarding competitors and field conditions quickly, is not easy.

On that basis, then Pertamina, through its Division of Strategic Planning M&T good cooperation with the CSS (Corporate Shared Sercive) has formed a kind of central control of communication by developing a system designed to handle the delivery process, validation, processing until the distribution of the data or information quickly and easily rivals through sms and internet broadcast facilities.

According to the CSS, such as Media Pertamina published on June 28, 2010, through the system, communication between the parties relating to marketing strategy and execution of the Sales Representative, Sales Area Manager, Vice President through the Deputy Director to be done quickly and easily.

All competitor activity data across Indonesia that has been collected from the field, such as pricing strategy, marketing, terms of payment etc.. stored in the database, so that every moment can be used for evaluation and reference material.

Officers "intelligence" is the sales representative and the Sales Area Manager because they are the sales forces in the field, making it easy to monitor activities of competitors.

Worries Pertamina against business competitors, it is natural. Because in the business world there is a beautiful play (fair business) and some are playing "dirty". But according to the opinion of the writer, Pertamina should not have too much to fear "fight" with its competitors.

The author agrees with the Pertamina fuel Retail Marketing Region-I, Medan, to what we are daunted by the competition, in addition has received support from Hiswana Migas, Parliament, KNPI and North Sumatera provincial government, isn’t Pertamina has many advantages. For example, for the umpteenth time Mesran (Pertamina's oil output) has several times won the award, such award of "Living Legend Brands" publicly recognized as a local brand that managed to beat foreign brands in various categories.

Not only that, superior lubricating oil, Pertamina (Indonesia, pen), namely Fastron and Enduro also has received awards and has been on record MURI (Indonesian Museum of World Records) that both types of lubricants that have proven performance and durability that exceed the quality in its class which has been tested on 10 engine variants of cars and motorcycles, when successfully completed a prestigious event "Touring for the Nation 2010” with a distance of 5300 km starting from Medan on to the island of Java and Bali, with no significant obstacles.

In addition, since July, Pertamina also has marketed Biodiesel B-5 (Bio Fuel) are environmentally friendly since exhaust emissions Biodiesel is more perfect, so as to reduce air pollution. While the selling price is equivalent to the price of subsidized diesel fuel.

Meanwhile in August, Pertamina back pamper their customers with transaction services online I-Serv in the hope to provide ease of transaction services to customers in the Aviation business, & Industrial Marine, Lubricants and Commerce Pertrokimia. Web-based online service that gives convenience in terms of invoicing (billing), reporting (report transaction), and ordering (marketing).

So why should be afraid to foreign competitors? Pertamina's move on, make yours company to be the best oil and gas company in Indonesia, so that eventually can taken your ambition to become a world class company. Hope fully successful.

Elpiji and Petronas Rocking Pertamina

By: Freddy Ilhamsyah PA

Lately Pertamina tanker has been hit by a wave of reverse flow of LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) as the excesses of the emergence of bottled LPG 3 kilograms when the enactment of kerosene to fuel environmentally friendly and cheap, namely LPG is still common for customers who are mostly members of the community economy weak.

At the beginning of rolling of LPG in the packaging tube size 3 kilograms, the sea still lenang, and tankers to sail with Pertamina still smooth cut surface of the ocean, but when tens of millions of bottled LPG 3 kilograms begun to be exploited under the public, there was a reverse flow of LPG that wave strike hard to the left and right gastric Pertamina tanker so that vibrates and makes the captain and crew so shocked. Why did this happen?! Murmured the captain.

Communities that had bergembiraria when receiving a free gift a set complete with LPG stove packaging tubes 3 kilograms so shocked when a free gift from the government have led to casualties. Consumers free prizes and even then be increased sensation and panic when watching television and reading the various news papers with different titles. "LPG stove exploded" or "The house burned down due to LPG cylinders exploded. 1 killed, 2 seriously injured "

Government's good intentions to save their money under the community and reduce fuel subsidies, especially kerosene turned into a boomerang. Some people use bottled LPG kiloggram precisely three fire victims. Houses are no longer inhabited, also hospitalized, and some even up to go to the grave and rest in peace.

Crowded arena of mass media began to fill his column with the fire due to "explosion" LPG cylinder 3 kilograms of swallowing burns victims and victims also died. Electronic media showed images of the scene (where the incidence of Case) is a mess, also missed the green highlighted that scorched round tube in the kitchen. LPG cylinder 3 kilograms is still intact! But the fire was reported due to LPG cylinder blast! Weird is not it? In case there is a fire occurs due to leakage in LPG cylinder regulator 3 kilograms. Information does not match the facts that occurred.

Ironically, the pembicarapun spoke in the media, and most of those who violate Pertamina. While it is also an attempt to find "scapegoats" is not a black swan (black swan).

Realizing that the accident was not a coincidence, but the human error factor and the accessories that do not meet the requirements of the market, Pertamina, was looking for justification to lower the "fact-finding team" to determine if it is true that fire caused by explosion of bottled LPG cylinder 3 kilogram? Apparently not true!

Head of Public Relations Division, Police Headquarters, Inspector General of Police Edward Aritonang spoke on the sidelines Bhayangkara Celebration 64th anniversary in Surabaya on Thursday (1 / 7 '10) that based on police forensic laboratory test results, the cause of the accident was not caused by LPG cylinders, but due to gas leak that occurred on LPG cylinder accessories such as rubber seals, hoses and regulators.

While the PT Pertamina (Persero) through its Vice President of Corporate Communications Pertamina, B. Trikora Son ensures that all bottled LPG cylinder 3 kilograms was completed, 100 percent free from leaks.

Strictly speaking, all LPG cylinder contains 3 pounds already guaranteed its existence since before the filling out of the depot, the tubes are in good condition.

Meanwhile, according to Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources &, Darwin Z. Saleh, 3 kilograms of LPG accident cases in 2010 this was due to LPG accessories components which should be replaced. In addition, many due to lack of good components of LPG cylinder accessories. (MP no.25/Thn XLVI June 21, 2010)

As a result of the fire disaster that has claimed victims of serious burns and fatalities due to accidents LPG, from 2007 to 2010, Pertamina has spent gantikerugian claims about 2.5 billion dollars. And as a sense of caring for accident victims LPG 3 kilograms, Pertamina will give compensation of Rp 25 million to the victims died, plus the funeral expenses of Rp 2 million. Whereas if you were injured, the company will bear the cost of replacement during treatment in hospital. (MP no.25/Thn XLVI June 21, 2010)

The policy on our worth holding up a thumb to Pertamina, because although Pertamina's LPG sales lost when dealing with 3 kilograms, but firm red plate was still willing to spend the funds for the victims of accidents LPG 3 kilograms.

One of the plume, which is about caring for victims of accidents Pertamina LPG containers 3 kilograms, although directly or indirectly, that disaster is not an absolute error of Pertamina, but the number one company in the red plate with all humility even apologize to victims of incidents of LPG 3 kilograms.

"I express my deep sorrow for what happened to the victim's family either dead or wounded, as well as deep concern over the incident on 3 kg LPG cylinder users that have recently occurred," said President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero), Karen Agustiawan in ceremony victim compensation and insurance 3 kg LPG incident in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, (17 / 6). MP No.26/Thn XLVI/28 June 2010.

As concerned citizens with Pertamina and the consumers of LPG packaging tubes 3 kilograms, then the author via Freddyilhamsyah's Blog feel the need to go socialize again about the existence of the National Team of LPG consists of a number of experts from the Coordinating Ministry for People's Welfare, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Ministry of Women and Child Protection, the Indonesian National Police, National Standardization Agency, Local Government, and Pertamina, which each team member has the duties and responsibilities according to its authority as follows:

1. Coordinating Ministry for People's Welfare is the Coordinator of the National Coordination Team Community Supervision and Development.

2. Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources is responsible for the provision and distribution of LPG commodity.

3. Ministry of Industry together with Pertamina is responsible for supporting product stewardship program (tubes, burner, hose, valve and regulator), including to conduct quality control, especially against the prime at the time of the procurement package.

4. Ministry of Manpower is responsible for supervision of the LPG cylinder product.

5. Ministry of Trade is responsible for overseeing goods on the market, especially products of kerosene to LPG conversion ranging from tubes, burner, hose, valves, and regulators.

6. National Standardization Agency responsible for the formulation and determination of SNI for the rubber seal.

7. Provincial Government, District is responsible for disseminating a safe way of using LPG in their respective regions.

8. Pertamina, together with the Ministry of Industry to control the quality especially of the packs at the time of procurement and socialization efforts continue in cooperation with all parties.

In addition to the parties mentioned above, the Police as its responsibility in the supervision of criminal behavior / criminal will oversee criminal behavior / criminal associated with the use of LPG. Source MP no.29/Thn XLVI/19 July 2010.

With the duties and responsibilities among ministries and agencies are now working serempat in various sectors, it is expected that no more effort to find a "scapegoat" to blame if the future is still common incidents due to the use of bottled LPG cylinders 3 kilograms. All parties must take responsibility, but different levels of responsibility. But certainly the most serious responsibilities are the Ministry commerce because this agency most responsible for monitoring goods in the market, especially products for kerosene to LPG.

Meanwhile, Pertamina and the Ministry of Industry is responsible for the device only packs. That is, before the market is the responsibility of Pertamina and the Ministry Perindusterian, but once out and circulating in the market is primarily the responsibility of the Ministry of Commerce. Meanwhile, the National Standardization Agency is expected to affix labels do not carelessly SNI to 3 kilograms of LPG devices.

With the formation of the National Team of LPG, it is expected that all elements of society, including mass media, NGOs, the legislature and the parties who are always on behalf of the interests of the people already knew who would it turned "target shooting" if an accident while still occur due to use of LPG in particular bottled LPG cylinders 3 kilograms.

While internally, the company has also made striker mounting danger signs taped to the LPG cylinder 3 kilograms, changed by giving a free 6 million rubber seal according to ISO standards. In addition, Pertamina also has to anticipate the use of stoves and LPG cylinder 3 kilograms with measures to increase quality control of the convention materials, ranging from factory acceptance until the time division exchange mechanisms including defective material received during the warranty period. Improving control of the LPG cylinder in all distribution channels at the level of agents and SPPBE, and conducting inspections and penalties on distribution lines that proved a violation of 3 kilograms of LPG business administration. The realization and implementation is awaited.

Petronas

Problem 3 kilograms of LPG has not been fully completed, now appears also the case of filling stations DODO (Dealer Own, Operate Dealer), which is private property, namely Petronas in front of the entrance gate of Medan's Polonia Airport is reportedly selling subsidized fuel with high octane (92 octane? ) so that Petronas petrol feels more superior and sold well because consumers feel more comfortable with a fast Petronas gasoline combustion.

Issues that Petronas subsidized fuel use higher octane than the applicable provisions have been made stifling Pertamina and various groups in North Sumatra, for example Hiswana Migas, DRPD and North Sumatra provincial government deeply regrets the unhealthy competition. Which became a big question mark, why foreign companies are given the opportunity to sell subsidized fuel. This means the same dengn that certain parties who deliberately want to shake Pertamina.

Media Pertamina (internal tabloid Pertamina) spoke participate in the editorial "When the field was invaded", (to quote the daily headlines Medan Business "Losing $ 60 billion North Sumatra Buy fuel subsidy from Petronas') said, ... ... ... ... .. What is the rush of foreign companies will be allowed to easily seize market share of indigenous gas stations in the area "wet" areas while the "dry", the task remains difficult and remote Pertamina? It fair? (MP edition no. 25/Thn XLVI/21 June 2010)

From the selection of content and editorial was impressed that Pertamina was also stifling to the Petronas gas station in question. If not "hot" and "angry", certainly not the case is raised to 4 (four) times in editorials Media Pertamina(MP) is in MP no. 25/Thn XLVI/21 June 2010, MP no.26/Thn XLVI/28 June 2010, MP no.29/Thn XLVI/19 July 2010, and MP no.34/Thn XLVI/23 August 2010.

In an editorial in July 2010 MP no.29/Thn XLVI/19 written, "Why subsidized fuel given to foreign companies. Is this Pertamina gas station can not afford to distribute? "

Furthermore, also written: we respect free trade is free trade that respects the pure competition by measuring the strength, abilities, strengths, weaknesses, not privileges of new forms of destructive fairness and memorable precisely that privilege granted to business entities that do not belong to the government.

The question, who gave permission subsidized fuel sales to foreign companies, and indeed who are impressed to give privileges to the gas station DODO Petronas, the Malaysian Government or the Government of Indonesia (related agencies)?

Should we remain tolerant in dealing with these problems and should not be dragged emotional, because all existing mechanisms of regulation. The authors believe that Petronas to sell subsidized fuel after the company following the auction mechanism. Would not the paragraph beginning no.29/Thn XLVI/19 editorial MP in July 2010 has signaled that the PSO's fuel procurement and distribution is done through a tender system. That is, who wins the tender, go ahead and backed the losing bid.

Implementation of the procurement and distribution of fuel bersubsudi otherwise known as PSO fuel for this type of Premium and Diesel, in 2011, ready for grabs. Already there are five entities that have been selected for further selection. The five enterprises are PT Aneka Kimia Raya Corporindo, Tbk (AKR), PT Elnusa, Tbk. PT Petronas Niaga Indonesia, PT Shell Indonesia and PT Total Oil Indonesia, (editorial MP no.29/Thn XLVI/19 July 2010) without mentioning, Pertamina also has committed to participate in the tender and distribute subsidized fuel in Indonesia for 2011. Now live how we set the strategy for Petronas falling in the auction arena. What is the incessant preaching about "opening ulcer" Petronas recently included in the trick? Only parties terkaitlah knows.

Pertamina should not need too feel "hot" and "angry", because the President Director of Pertamina Retail, Giri Santoso once said, "Do not be afraid of us with a competitor, a competitor may not have standards as we are already world class. But actually it's business as generic business, I think the market will be decisive. Where they are satisfied at the pump A will remain at A, or when they are satisfied at the pump B, yes still in B ... ... .., "when interviewed by Nandang Suherlan, member of the Editorial Team Media Pertamina, as stated in the rubric Corner Management in article entitled" Ready to Compete, Eliminate Impression "fed up" (MP no. 25/Thn XLVI/21 June 2010).

Is the establishment of 54 stations COCO a self-contained with the concept of one stop service that does not "hit" DODO thousands of gas stations owned by the nation itself that have not been able to compete and lose, "sleek" with COCO-owned Pertamina gas stations?

One thing that needs to be a record, if it is true that the Indonesian people have a strong sense of nationalism, certainly DODO Petronas gas station itself would collapse. Because consumers would not buy fuel at gas stations owned by foreign companies that DODO. Are not we lucky that Pertamina was also lucky? Where to go running, I love Indonesian products? What is here definitely fit, surely there is more precisely pasnya? Here there is no fuel types of "premium" quality Pertamax, but there is kind of gasoline sold "premium" that generate fast as gasoline combustion type Pertamax with RON 92. So consumer invade DODO Petronas Gas Station to buy "premium" quality Pertamax because the price subsidy. Pasarpun mechanism occurs. Fuel Pump Problems will be damaged by the use of fuel that is not its designation, business later.

Reportedly, according to international standards, its premium is RON 88, and if the premium were sold DODO Petronas gas station located on top of RON 88? If it is true, the seal of his gas station, and arrested the owners for doing "economic subversion of Indonesia." Who dare!? Related to this, should not be up to the term, "Dogs bark, the caravan passed permanent." We grumble from east to west, DODO Petronas gas stations still exist with the "dirty" practices of trade competition.

Indeed we must realize that the emergence of all the problems were as a result of the emergence of Law. 22 of 2001 on Oil and Gas which has been dismantle the monopoly of Pertamina in the upstream and downstream sectors, so that Pertamina impressed "castrated". Act that make it our own. What to say anymore ?

To become a concern, if true DODO Petronas Gas Station (PT Petronas Niaga Indonesia) has violated the rules of the game, and he said Hiswana Oil and Gas, North Sumatra provincial parliament and also, why are not dealt with by the competent authorities when the existing Law no. 5 of 1999 which mengantur on the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition?

By: Freddy Ilhamsyah PA

Preliminary

As one of the most extensive area of waters in the region of North Sumatra province on Sumatra island and even perhaps, Pangkalansusu in Langkat in the region can be proud because there are at the door of Aru Bay estuary there are Sembilan island and Kampai island already famous since antiquity or pre-Independence of the Republic of Indonesia.

As a renowned maritime area from the days of the kingdom /empire until the reign of the Dutch East Indies, Pangkalansusu is the fist areas in Indonesia which has a port exporting crude oil.

Also in Pangkalan Brandan also have two ports with a capacity of 1500 dwt, respectively, are the oil jetty has the size 2.3 x 64 meters with steel beam construction, floor boards, the power of 10 tons, a maximum draft of 3.5 meters, 75% condition. While the cargo pier has a size of 94.5 (ABC) x 8 meters, the construction consists of steel and concrete poles, concrete floors and boards, the power of 10 tons and about 80% condition. Today the pier is used by the TAC Pertamina-Salamander.

Pangkalansusu Marine Dock Yard

Along with the development of Pertamina as one of the strategic industries in the country charming (Indonesia), then the impact to increase the fleet owned by Pertamina, which is used to distribute fuel to the entire country, from Sabang to Merauke.

To support the smooth operation of the shipping fleet, in the year 1967 stood Pertamina DOCK PB/PS (Pangkalan Brandan/Pangkalansusu), which is now referred to as PT Pertamina (Persero) Marine Dock Yard PB/PS.

According to the Head of Dock Yard PB/PS, Chairul Anwar, since 1972, Dock Yard, PB/PS began to expand facilities and personnel skills in Pangkalan Susu, ranging from the expansion of dock areas, rehabilitation of offices and workshops, new construction of mechanical workshops, workshops, electrical repair shop, plate shop welding, pipe workshop, carpentry workshop, warehouse logistics, power house complete with the electrical network. While in Pangkalan Brandan DOCK 3 slipway was built and operated to serve the ship repair dock weighs 50 to 250 tons, and a floating dock in the Base Milk is capable of supporting / lifting vessels weighing 750 tons with a length of vessel 60 meters, width 14 meters and height 6 meters.

Facilities available in Workshop Plate and plate shears Las include machine capacity of up to 16 mm x 3000 mm, plate press machine capacity of up to 200 tons x 3000 mm x 1000 mm, and the roll-plate engine capacity of up to 16 mm x 3000 mm.

Currently available in the Mechanical Workshop lathe capacity up to 12 meters long x Ø 0.5 meters, horizontal drilling machine Ø 750 mm capacity, vertical drilling machine capacity up to Ø 75 mm, sekrap engine capacity of up to 800 mm, static balancing equipment to three meters Ø , and milling machine capacity up to 1000 mm x Ø 3:00 mm.

In addition Chairil also explained that the production capability in Dock Yard PB / PS (Pangkalan Brandan / Pangkalansusu) for docking repair, which is improving machining capacity up to 2500 HP ships, propulsion systems repair capacity of up to 12 meters long x Ø 3 meters, replating until 500 kg / day (certified welder BKI), plumbing repairs, electrical repairs and navigation systems, etc..

Cover

Given that the river tanker fleet classmates MT Raharja and MT Slamet had disappeared from circulation because it was so old iron, and melted in an iron factory kitchen, so this time PT Pertamina (Persero) Dock Yard Pangkalansusu, in addition to docking repair ship owned by Pertamina was also serving tagboat ship repair tagboat owned by PT Arun and classmates tanker MT Raharja, Ferry vessels and privately owned vessels as well as agencies of other ship owners.

Before the political upheaval in Aceh, the operations of Dock Yard PB/PS quite busy and crowded. But when the action rampant piracy in the waters and surrounding Langkat, then the impact on the operational Dock Yard PB/PS to be quiet because there is no ship that would make ship repairs (docking) at Pangkalansusu. The ship owners prefer to docking to Belawan or Singapore.

Once the situation is conducive, heartbeat pulses of Dock Yard PB/PS began to walk though was still slow. But thanks God, now we can get lucky and do not need more subsidized by the central Pertamina at Jakarta only to pay the salaries of employees and contract workers (outsourching) of approximately 80 people.

Chairul Anwar is optimistic that the performance of Dock Yard PB/PS will prevail again, given the facilities and facilities owned by the Dock Yard Pangkalansusu is the most complete when compared with similar business in North Sumatra. End the interview with the author said in his office, Wednesday (’10/9/15).

Sheen Captived World, Lost Heaven Enchantment

By: Someone Who Loves Jesus Very Much

One upon a time in 1988, there was a man named Merhan Karimi Nasseri (Iranian), revoked his citizenship when a plane flying to Paris. His passport was taken. Without proof of citizenship, the arrival in Paris he was not permitted to leave the airport. During the 11 years he lived in the terminal, airport toilet and shower in the life of the airport staff assistance.

In 1999, the French government finally gave him permission to live and work in Paris. Now he becomes a free agent go anywhere. But strangely, he still chose to stay at an airport terminal because it has been like living there. Having finally persuaded a few days he was just about to depart from the airport terminal.

Because, as large and as good as any airport terminal, clearly not a house. So do not house the world's eternal future. We live in a world which, if only temporarily described as a house, we just stay at home, which means that every moment could be evicted, because not ours. "And if you call Him Father, Him who faces regardless judge all people according to his deeds, then let you live in fear as long as you stay in this world" (1 Peter 1: 17).

In connection with this, the Apostle Paul warns, that we are citizens of heaven. We live in the world is only temporary. Therefore we should not be stuck with fascination and enjoyment of life or more important worldly interests only temporary rather than heavenly. What we are after only about food, profit, pleasure, luxury, privilege and position. Though it was not eternal. Do not love the world and what's inside. "If people loved the world, the love of the Father is not in the man. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the pride of life, not of the Father, but from the world. And this world is gone with the intention, but people who do God's will to live forever " (1 John 2:15-17).

"But our citizenship is in heaven, from whence also we look for the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, that will transform our lowly bodies, so similar to His glorious body, according to His power that can subdue all things to myself Him " (Philippians 3:20-21)

As citizens of heaven, should we be any different way of life, not only pursue things that are temporary. But we must focus on the things that are eternal, like love, truth and justice. People who are too close to the things of this world will be afraid to leave this world, when the time comes.

Because all things are immersed in worldliness that would be very difficult to be grasped tightly released. Therefore, let us be grateful if God suffered loss, both wealthy, enjoyment, luxury and position or our loved ones. The incident should awaken all of us that does not belong to us and the world is not our home. Everything is transitory and will disappear in an instant the power of God. When the liver was dazzled him captivated by the world, then heaven is no longer looked stunning.

How happy we are after knowing that the Lord Jesus is the Savior of mankind. Which means what? Clear that we are still more likely to be saved by the Lord Jesus, as Merhan Karimi Nasseri who has been rescued by the staff of the airport terminal.

At some point we will definitely be in the hidden fears, and unfortunately more precisely who feared that befall us. That is nothing more than a temptation that we must face. It is already explained in the letter of Job 3:25-26 " Because of what I'm afraid that's what happened to me, and that worries me is what came to me. I do not find rest and tranquility, I did not get a break, but discomfort that arise. "

Which then becomes the question, why do we experience the trials, some mild and some are heavy. Who would we blame! God? The answers are below:
" If one is tempted, he is not to say, this experiment came from God. For God can not be tempted by evil and him itself does not tempt anyone, but every man is tempted by his own desires, because he was dragged and enticed by it " (James 1:13-14)

" Young people become tired and lethargic. Cadet-cadet fell over, but people who look forward to the Lord a new force: they are rising like a flying eagle with the strength of its wings; they run and not be weary, they walk and not be tired, " (Isaiah 40:30 - 31)
Physical fatigue is not difficult to overcome, but spiritually tired and lethargic / soul really dangerous.

Proverbs 24:10 " If you lose heart at the time of trouble, your strength is weak " Maybe we said " I've been praying and waiting for 10 years but no change. My husband is still a drunk, rude and abusive to me. "There is more to say," I've been praying for six years, but did not see any way out of my finances and my family also. My business is ruined! For what I believe and hope again? All are dead ends, etc. vain. God wants us to persevere and believe in the end, though we do NOT see it. (John 20:29.) God wants us renewed strength every day. Power is only when we meet we look forward to the encounter with Him and experience Him. HE is the answer to all problems and our needs. In the Lord Jesus is love, strength, joy, and peace. For those who do not earnestly to God, let alone an unbelieving, that they may be left shaking seek God and be saved.

No more things we can count on who can we trust other than the Lord Jesus. For His word says: "... so real, that you know to save the righteous from temptation and know keep the bad guys to be tortured on the day of Judgement ..." (2 Peter 2: 9). How awful if we are to be stored to be tortured on Judgement day.

Therefore we must always call upon God as described in Psalm 55:17-18: "But I cried out to God, and God will save me in the evening, morning and noon; I was anxious and crying, and he heard my voice. "

Jesus is Lord over everything. "Thus saith the Lord: Heaven is my throne and earth is My footstool; house what would you set up for me, and what will be the place of my rest? "(Isaiah 66:1)

Finally, brothers and sisters let us continue to hold on to His promise:
"Whoever wins, he will Kududukkan with Me on My throne, as I too have been victorious and sat with my Father on his throne." (Revelation 3: 21) Amen.

BANK OF AFRICA (B.O.A) OUAGADOUGOU-BURKINA FASO.

Dear Friend,

I am the manager of auditing and accounting department of BANK OF AFRICA (B.O.A) here in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. In my department we discovered an abandoned sum of US$20.5m dollars (Twenty Million Five Hundred Thousand US dollars) in an account that belongs to one of our foreign customer (MR. RICHARD BURSON from Florida, U.S.A) who died along with his entire family on November 1999 in a plane crash. For more informations about the crash you can visit this site: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/502503.stm

Since we got information about his death, we have been expecting his next of kin to come over and claim his money because we can not release it unless some body applies for it as next of kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidlings and laws but unfortunately we learnt that all his supposed next of kin or relation died alongside with him at the plane crash leaving nobody behind for the claim. It is therefore upon this discovery that I now decided to make this business proposal to you,so that the money can be release to you as the next of kin or relation to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody will come for it and we don't want this money to go into the bank treasury as unclaimed dormant fund.

The banking law and guidline here stipulates that if such money remained unclaimed after eleven years the money will be transfered into the bank treasury as unclaimed dormant fund. The request of foreigner as next of kin in this business is occassioned by the fact that the customer was a foreigner and a Burkinabe like me can not stand as next of kin to a foreigner.

I agreed that 40% of this money will be for you as a respect to the provision of a foriegn account ,10% will be set aside for expenses incurred during the business and 50% would be for me.Thereafter, I will visit your country for disbursement according to the percentage indicated Therefore, to enable the immediate transfer of this fund to you arranged, you must apply first to the bank as relation or next of kin to the deceased customer with a text of application that i will send to you,but before i send to you the text of application form,I will like you to send me the following informatios

Subject: HOW CAN I TRUST YOU ?

FROM: MR Abu Salam.
THE DIRECTOR, AUDITING AND ACCOUNTING SECTION, BANK OF AFRICA (BOA) OUAGADOUGOU BURKINA-FASO WEST AFRICA.

I am the director in charge of Auditing and Accounting section of Bank of Africa (BOA) Ouagadougou Burkina-Faso West Africa.

I crave your indulgence as i contact you in such a surprising manner.

But I respectfully insist you read this letter carefully as I am optimistic it wills open doors for unimaginable financial rewards for both of us.

In my department I discovered an abandoned sum of Eleven Million five Hundred Thousand US dollars (US$11.5m) in account that belongs to one of our foreign customers (Mr. Andreas Schranner from GERMANY) Who died Eight years ago in 2000 a plane crash with the whole passengers aboard Nb; in other for you to believe me honestly go through this (Website ) before you start with me Below is ; CLICK HERE (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/859479.stm). Since we got information about his death, we have been expecting her next of kin to come over and claim his money because the bank cannot release it unless somebody applies as next of kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines, but unfortunately there is no one that comes for the claim.

It is therefore upon this that I now decided to make this business proposal to you so that the money could be released to you as the next of kin or relation to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for it and I donn't want this money to go into the bank treasury as unclaimed Bill.

The request for a foreigner as next of kin in this business is occasioned by the fact that the customer was a foreigner and a Burkinabe cannot stand as next of kin to a foreigner.

I agree that 40% of this money will be for you as a foreign partner in respect to the provision of a foreign account, 50% would be for me and 10% for any expenses that may arise and also part to the homeless, Privileges and motherless homes.

There after I will visit your country for disbursement according to the percentages indicated. Therefore to enable the immediate transfer of this fund to you as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as relation or next of kin of the deceased indicating your bank name, your Name, Your private telephone and fax number, Your Home Address and Occupation for easy and effective communication and location wherein the money will be remitted.

1. 1. NAME IN FULL:...
2. 2. ADDRESS:...
3. 3. NATIONALITY:...
4. 4. AGE:...
5. 5. SEX...
6. 6. OCCUPATION:
7. 7. MARITAL STATUS:..
8. 8. PHONE...
9. 9. FAX:...

Upon receipt of your reply, I will send to you by fax or email the full details of the transaction and application form to apply to the bank.

I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transaction is hitch free and that you should not entertain any atom of fear as all required arrangements have been made for the transfer.

You should contact me as soon as you receive this letter through my email Trusting to hear from you immediately and please kindly give me a call also.

DR. ADAMS ZAKI
AUDIT AND ACCOUNTING SECTION, AFRICA DEVELOPMENT BANK(ADB)
OUAGADOUGOU BURKINA-FASO.
CONFIDENTIAL.

Dear Friend,
I am the director in charge of auditing and accounting section of Africa Development Bank, (ADB) Ouagadougou Burkina-faso West Africa.

With due respect and regard I have decided to contact you on a business transaction that will be very beneficial to both of us at the end of the transaction.

During our investigation and auditing in this bank, my department came across a very huge sum of money belonging to a deceased person who died on October 31st 1999 in a plane crash and the fund has been dormant in his account with this Bank without any claim of the fund in our custody either from his family or relation before our discovery to this development.

The said amount was US $20M (Twenty million United States dollars).

As it may interest you to know, I got your impressive information through the Burkina-faso chamber of commerce on foreign business relations here in Ouagadougou Burkina-Faso.

Meanwhile all the whole arrangement to put claim over this fund as the bonafide next of kin to the deceased, get the required approval and transfer this money to a foreign account has been put in place and directives and needed information will be relayed to you as soon as you indicate your interest and willingness to assist us and also benefit your self to this great business opportunity.

In fact I could have done this deal alone but because of my position in this country as a civil servant(A Banker), we are not allowed to operate a foreign account and would eventually raise an eye brow on my side during the time of transfer because I work in this bank.

This is the actual reason why it will require a second party or fellow who will forward claims as the next of kin with affidavit of trust of oath to the Bank and also present a foreign account where he will need the money to be re-transferred into on his request as it may be after due verification and clarification by the correspondent branch of the bank where the whole money will be remitted from to your own designation bank account. ill not fail to inform you that this transaction is 100% risk free.

On smooth conclusion of this transaction, you will be entitled to 30% of the total sum as gratification, while 5% will be set aside to take care of expenses that may arise during the time of transfer and also telephone bills, while 65% will be for me.

Please, you have been adviced to keep "top secret" as I am still in service and intend to retire from service after we conclude this deal with you.

I will be monitoring the whole situation here in this bank until you confirm the money in your account and ask me to come down to your country for subsequent sharing of the fund according to percentages previously indicated and further investment, either in your country or any country you advice us to invest in.

All other necessary vital information will be sent to you when I hear from you.
Please do contact me through my alternative mail account; adamza01@hotmail.com I look forward to receive your email or call as the urgency implies.

I got another similar email telling the same story :

From the desk of Mrs Stella Akah Bill and Exchange Manager Foreign Remittance Dept. Bank of Africa (Boa) Ouagadougou Burkina Faso

Dear friend,

I am the manager of bill and exchange at the foreign remittance department of the bank of Africa. I saw your contacts in internet search, after much consideration I decided to write you since I cannot be able to see you face to face at first.

I will like you to take your time to read this mail carefully. I did not mean to embarrass you with my business proposal but i seriously need your assistance. Please this is a confidential matter and it requires urgency.

In my department we discovered an abandoned sum of us$12.5m dollars (twelve million five hundred thousand usd) in an account that belongs to one of our foreign customer who died along with his entire family on monday, 31 july, 2000, in a plane crash, since we got information about his death, we have been expecting his or her next of kin to come over and claim his money because we can not release it unless some body applies for it as next of kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines and laws, but unfortunately we learnt that his supposed next of kin died along side with him at the plane crash leaving nobody behind for the claim.

It is therefore upon this discovery, I now decided to make this business proposal to you and release the money to you as the next of kin or relation to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for it and i don't want this money to go into the bank treasury as unclaimed bill. The banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such money remained unclaimed after 10 years, the money will be transferred into the bank as unclaimed bill, i therefore agree that 40% of this money will be for you as foreigner partner, in respect to the provision of a foreign account, 10% will be set aside for expenses incurred during the business and 50% would be for me. There after i will visit your country for disbursement according to the percentages indicated.

Therefore, to enable the immediate transfer of this fund to you as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as relation or next of kin to the deceased indicating your bank name, your bank account number, your private telephone and fax number for easy and effective communication and location where in the money will be remitted. I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transaction is hitch-free and that you should not entertain any atom of fear as all required arrangements have been made for the transfer. You should contact me immediately as soon as you receive this letter. Trusting to hear from you immediately.

Yours faithfully
Mrs Stella Akah

To my understanding that the above emails are scams. According to knowledge that 419 is the major scam group in West Africa. This group will demand money from us to pay through the Moneygram or the Western Union so that nobody will track them down as it is fastest for them to earn money. They also used faked names and fakes documents to prove their lies.

By : Ben
My dad is currently a victim of this scams in which they send an email to a friend. His friend come along with the fake documents and try to convince my dad that it is a real money. The scammers always says that they will proceed with the wire transfer of the money once they receive the cash through the Moneygram.

My advise is that do not try to accomodate the scammers demand as you will fall into a trap which cripple your finance status.

(12). by Aravind

They send me one mail regarding like same problem like above and i also send'ed my details and he asked to send a letter to a bank manager regarding this and there it is mentioned to fill personal details and bank full information and i filled personal information and i didn't fill bank information instead that i have changed the letter format that was sent by that man .and in place of requesting transaction and i said send'ed that transfer amount to my address in some means instead of account transaction..if i got any mail from the bank ill proceed further but up to end i will not give my bank details..ill ask them to transfer that amount in some other means.let's try this way as security.
